Restaurants may re-sell grocery items during pandemic

Governor Doug Ducey on Tuesday, April 7, issued an Executive Order allowing Arizona restaurants to repackage and sell grocery items they have on hand, including items not normally packaged and labeled for resale. Latest county virus victim from Bullhead City

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Department of Public Health (MCDPH)-Nursing was notified this morning, April 8, of a positive COVID-19 case in the Bullhead City service area. The individual, is an adult in the 65 & older age range and is currently hospitalized. MCDPH nurses will begin the contact investigation as soon as possible. It has yet to be determined if the case is travel-related, epidemiologically-linked to another identified case, or the result of community spread. This fact is most often discovered during the investigative process. This new case brings to 24 the total positives cases in the county….

Restrictions in place for out-of-state travelers

In an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19, Governor Doug Ducey issued an Executive Order to increase quarantine guidelines for out-of-state travelers entering Arizona on Tuesday, April 7. Under the Executive Order, anyone who travels to Arizona from an area with substantial community spread through any airport in the state must isolate or quarantine themselves upon arrival for 14 days. Alleged teen burglar busted

KINGMAN – A Kingman teenager faces multiple felony charges following his arrest Sunday night, April 5. Deputy police chief Rusty Cooper said officers responding to a suspicious subject report located Kaleb David, 19, hiding inside the fenced yard of a commercial auto repair shop in the 4200 block of N. Stockton Hill Road. Cooper said David was attempting to steal a wheel and a tire from a vehicle. He reportedly possessed more than eight grams of methamphetamine when taken into custody.
