CRUHSD community forum cancelled

BULLHEAD CITY – Colorado River Union High School District (CRUHSD) Superintendent Todd Flora has cancelled his monthly community forum scheduled for Monday, May 4.  This second consecutive cancellation is due to COVID-19 State-mandated assembly restrictions, including the closure to the public of school district offices.  Flora expects to resume the forums upon guidance from Gov. Doug Ducey’s office, the Arizona Department of Health Services, and the Mohave County Department of Public Health.  In the interim, community stakeholders with questions or concerns may reach Flora at 928-758-3961, x-1003.

KINGMAN – Due to the City of Kingman remaining closed to the public until May 11, , individuals must call the City of Kingman Clerk’s Office at (928) 753-8102, to schedule an appointment in regard to submitting any arguments on any upcoming ballot propositions. Meth dealer takes plea

A Bullhead City man pleaded guilty Wednesday to seven felony charges resolving three criminal cases, each of them involving methamphetamine. The deal requires Judge Billy Sipe to impose a 13-year prison term during a May 28 sentencing hearing for Eric Stock, 50.   Stock is convicted of possession of dangerous drugs in a 2018 case.
