BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City will hold a Non-Partisan Primary Election on August 4, for the purpose of electing four Council Members to serve on the Bullhead City Council for a four-year term. The seven candidates running for election are as follows: Daniel J. Alfonzo, Kathy Bruck, Norma Brummett, Mark Clark, Eva Corbett, Gerald Ross and Waheed Zehri. Voter Registration for the August election will close on July 6. Citizens can register to vote online at Service Arizona.com, or through the Mohave County Recorder’s website. Kingman: Road grading on 1) Jan Rd., 2) Olympic Ave. 3) and Water Tank Rd. Crews will be crack sealing on Sierra Vista Ave. They will be repairing the right of way, repairing pot holes and clearing drivers’ line of sight in the Butler area. PHOENIX — The Arizona Game and Fish Commission is soliciting nominations for the 2020 Commission Awards. The deadline for submission is Sept. 4, 2020. The purpose of these awards is to recognize Arizonans who have contributed significantly to the conservation of the state’s wildlife, its outdoor heritage, and the mission of the Arizona Game and Fish Department.Nominations may include individuals, organizations, clubs, foundations or government agencies.
