Cooper takes top cop spot in Kingman
KINGMAN – The City of Kingman has a new Police Chief. Rusty Cooper has assumed command of the Kingman Police Department (KPD) where he’s been promoted to the top cop spot after 28 years with the agency. “I’m very excited to be stepping into this role. I’m honored to be able to serve Kingman,” Cooper said. He said he’ll usher in some contemporary change but also carry on the tradition of community commitment and service he inherits from retiring Chief Bob Devries.
