DOLAN SPRINGS – An assurance of a misdemeanor conviction is the main sticking point in plea negotiations involving a firefighter being prosecuted for embezzling more than $24,000 from a Dolan Springs-based fire district. BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City woman who has admitted involvement in defrauding a local tire shop of thousands of dollars could end up in the Arizona Department of Corrections. Rhiannon Sullivan, 25, entered a plea agreement in Mohave County Superior Court on July 28.
