Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club’s featured speaker January 31 was Mohave County Constable of the Kingman Precinct (and club member), Michael Cobb (shown with club president Karen Brown). Cobb gave a power point presentation on the duties of a constable. Arizona has 74 constables which are elected every four years. Primary responsibilities of constables are to enforce civil/criminal court orders arising out of justice court actions.
