Trumbull Loop in Colorado City and on 2) Lime Kiln Dr. in Littlefield. Kingman: Road grading on 1) Calle Chavez, 2) Hillview Dr., 3) Ferguson Ranch Rd., 4) Avenida Mendez and 5) Calle Lucero.
