Mr. Matthew Wanner and Ms. Pamela Wanner are proud to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Bradlee Mackin, to Robert Joseph “Joey” McEuen, son of Robert and Maria McEuen. The bride-elect, Bradlee, is a local realtor and her fiance, Joey, is employed with Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. The couple will recite their vows at Beale Celebrations in Kingman on Saturday, October 14. Joey’s father, Robert, will officiate. A reception to honor the couple will follow that evening at Beale Celebrations.

BULLHEAD CITY  – On Tuesday, October 3 at 2:48 p.m., a swarm of birds flew into Mohave Electric Cooperative’s (MEC) substation area in Willow Valley. A few birds made contact with electric equipment causing an outage for 2,776 MEC members. This outage affected members across Willow and Mohave Valley, as well as the southern Fort Mohave. MEC crews responded, replaced the damaged equipment, and restored power to the majority of members at 4:14 p.m. After further repairs, the remaining 46 members were restored at 5:49 p.m. Outage restoration is important to Mohave Electric Cooperative.
