Historic first: Bighorns Women’s Soccer announces local players for inaugural season

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College Head Women’s Soccer Coach Cynthia Cervantes has announced the local lineup for the team’s inaugural season in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City and Kingman will all be represented on the pitch when the season starts in August 2024. The first-ever Bighorns women’s squad now has signed commitments from Yadhira Robles, Dayanara Barajas and Yazmin Contreras of Mohave High School in Bullhead City; Kadyn Mortenson of Lake Havasu High School; and Daniela Cardenas of Kingman High School.
