KINGMAN – Mohave Community College’s (MCC) Bighorn Life student club will host Captain Kringle’s Show & Shine on Friday, Dec. 8 starting at 4 p.m. at the MCC parking lot, 1971 Jagerson Ave. Please bring an unwrapped toy or a necessity stocking for KUSD students ages 11 to 17. There will be a Christmas themed car show, hot beverages, free photos with Captain Kringle, and a silent auction on beautifully decorated Christmas trees to help support the MCC Veterans Club. Tin Man Charity Golf makes comeback

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Tin Man Charity Golf Tournament is in the game when it comes to giving back to numerous deserving charities. Nonprofit organization American Legion is dedicated to supporting veterans. The group is aiming to show their support to six charities at this yearly event. Registration is $120 per golfer. Signups for the tournament will begin at 6:30am on Saturday, Nov. 18 followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m. at the Lake Havasu Golf Club.  At the end of the tournament, lunch will be provided at the American Legion Post#81. Local pro-Israel rally ends peacefully

KINGMAN – Kingman police report a pro-Israel support rally concluded peacefully at Locomotive Park Tuesday afternoon. Demonstrators with placards earned horn honks as traffic passed between the Park and the Powerhouse Visitor’s Center in downtown Kingman. About 20 people participated at the start of the rally that began at noon. Deputy Police Chief Joel Freed said the crowd peaked at about 50 people and that there was no sign of pro-Palestinian counter demonstrators in or around the park.
