book

KINGMAN, Ariz. – The Mohave County Library Kingman Branch will host A Night at the Library, celebrating America’s 250th birthday on Wednesday, Aug. 12. This special event will feature a powerful display of 18 historic Revolutionary-era flags that helped shape America’s identity during its fight for independence. Each flag will be accompanied by a curated storyboard detailing its origin, meaning, and pivotal role in history.

From symbols of unity and resistance to powerful declarations of liberty and resolve, these banners offer a moving glimpse into the ideals, struggles, and triumphs that defined the birth of the United States. Light refreshments will be served.

The event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. The library is located at 3269 Burbank St. For more information call 928-692-2665.
