Crash victim identified

BULLHEAD CITY – Next of kin has been notified and Bullhead City police have released the name of the local man who was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was operating was struck by a vehicle. Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said Michal Vasconcellos, 60, was dead at the scene of the Nov. 18 traffic accident on highway 95 at Corwin Rd. Fromelt said Vasconcellos was idle at the northbound stop light when he was rear-ended by a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse and pushed into a Ford F0-150 pickup truck that was also stopped at the light. LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Mohave County Environmental Health Department in Lake Havasu City has seen an uptick in pigeon complaints this past month.  Supervisor Buster Johnson would like to remind the public that the feeding of pigeons in both the unincorporated areas and incorporated cities within Mohave County is prohibited.  “This is one of the first ordinances I helped pass and put into place during my first term,” Johnson stated.  “With a lot of new residents to the area, it’s important we remind folks of this ordinance and the health risks associated with feeding them,” Supervisor Buster Johnson stated. River Riders host 40th annual toy run

LAKE HAVASU CITY – River Riders MC aren’t just passionate about riding motorcycles; they also love giving back during the holiday season. River Riders was founded upon a group of motorcycle rider enthusiasts.
