Report litter on state highways with a simple call: Dial 511

Traveler Information Line now takes litter reports Reporting drivers who toss trash out of their vehicles isn’t literally as easy as 1-2-3, but ADOT has made it nearly as simple by allowing drivers to quickly make a report by dialing another simple number: 511. That’s the number to ADOT’s recently enhanced Traveler Information Line, which now features an option to report litterbugs on state highways. Beale Street Theater is putting on Disney’s Little Mermaid Jr June 27 thru June 29 that starts at 7 p.m. with a 1 p.m. matinee showing on June 29. The performance will be at Beale Celebrations 201 N. Richter enters plea agreement; to pay restitution and may face jail

A plea agreement was entered June 14 for a Lake Havasu City woman who engaged in a spending spree with her roommate’s assets. The victim discovered he’d been ripped off when he was released from the Mohave County jail in an aggravated assault case last September, according to police. Donna Richter, 58, pleaded guilty to taking the identity of another in a deal dismissing six forgery counts and two theft charges. June 6-8, the Arizona Future Farmers of America (FFA) held their annual State Leadership Conference in Tucson, with some events held at the Westin La Paloma Resort, and some at the University of Arizona.
