Senior center funds approved with unanimous council vote

Advocates for the Kathryn Heidenreich Senior Center filled the Kingman City Council chambers Tuesday. They urged approval of an agreement that would commit the City to provide $57,000 in support of operating the senior center for each of the next two years. They whooped and hollered with joy when they were obliged by a unanimous council vote. Lizotte sentenced to five years after sex sting

First of nine defendants sentenced An elderly Bullhead City man is the first of nine defendants to be sentenced in an undercover sting operation aimed at men wanting to have sex with minors. The operation involved a Mohave County Sheriff’s detective who posed as 13-year-old “Sabrina” on a social media platform before diverting men who responded to text communication.
