BULLHEAD CITY – When crosstown rivals Mohave and River Valley High Schools kick off the first football game at the Anderson Auto Group Fieldhouse on Friday, visitors are reminded to bring patience, but leave backpacks and chewing gum at home. KINGMAN – A row of painters that included Police Chief Bob Devries, Finance Director Tina Moline, Public Works Director Rob Owen and Chamber of Commerce President Becky Fawson worked Thursday morning to cover the orange and green color scheme that formerly decorated the Smoke Shop in downtown Kingman. Federal authorities provided permission to repaint the building at 417 Beale Street that was forfeited to the U.S. Marshals office and will be put on the market for sale. LAKE HAVASU CITY – The public is invited and encouraged to attend the upcoming informational workshop for the ongoing Airport Master Plan for the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport this Thursday, August 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the Main Airport Terminal of the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport, located at 5600 N.
