City offices to remain closed to the public until May 11

KINGMAN – In following Governor Ducey’s Executive Order (2020-33) the amended “Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected,” the City of Kingman is continuing the current closures of all city buildings (except the Municipal Courthouse and Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course) to all public access until May 11, however we are still conducting business remotely, through mail, email, online platforms, and telephone. No special event permits will be issued for the month of May. This does not implement a curfew in the City of Kingman. KINGMAN – On Monday, April 27, The American Academy of PAs (AAPA) honored local physician assistant (PA) Kurtis Manley with the Preceptor of the Year Award. A preceptor instructs PA students in the clinical evaluation and treatment of patients. The Preceptor of the Year Award honors preceptors who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in the clinical education of PA students as a mentor and instructor. BULLHEAD CITY – Colorado River Union High School District (CRUHSD) Superintendent Todd Flora has cancelled his monthly community forum scheduled for Monday, May 4.  This second consecutive cancellation is due to COVID-19 State-mandated assembly restrictions, including the closure to the public of school district offices.  Flora expects to resume the forums upon guidance from Gov. Doug Ducey’s office, the Arizona Department of Health Services, and the Mohave County Department of Public Health.  In the interim, community stakeholders with questions or concerns may reach Flora at 928-758-3961, x-1003.

KINGMAN – Due to the City of Kingman remaining closed to the public until May 11, , individuals must call the City of Kingman Clerk’s Office at (928) 753-8102, to schedule an appointment in regard to submitting any arguments on any upcoming ballot propositions.
