Board of Supervisors calls for opening county May 11

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Board of Supervisors unanimously passed a motion Thursday afternoon, May 7, recommending the county open up according to CDC guidelines on Monday, May 11.  This excludes three separate authorities within the county – the libraries, the courts, and the offices of elected officials, but, it was recommended that all county entities follow through on the same date. Republican district office to re-open

KINGMAN – On Monday, May 11th, the Mohave County Republican Party’s District 1 office will re-open their office at 2116 Stockton Hill Rd, Suite B. Even though political activity is Constitutionally protected as “essential” free speech, the office was closed for several weeks.  With restrictions originally issued by Governor Ducey, a number of people were concerned with the Coronavirus, choosing to shelter in place. Modifications to restaurant seating in Bullhead City

BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., – May 8, 2020 – City Manager Toby Cotter announced today that all restaurants in Bullhead City will be allowed to reduce mandatory parking spots to establish additional outdoor seating to help serve more customers and provide additional physical distancing. Existing ADA parking stalls and access aisles must remain accessible and safe for use.
