Heather Patenaude, MCC Financial Aid Director, is one of 31 civic leaders that were chosen to fellow at the seminar. Presenters will represent four counties in Arizona, Coconino, Maricopa, Pima and Mohave. BHC Police Chief announces retirement

BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City Chief of Police Brian Williamson has announced his retirement. Chief Williamson’s last day serving Bullhead City will be September 1. Chief Williamson recently notified City Manager Toby Cotter of his pending retirement, but he has been planning his retirement for many months. County prepares polling places amid pandemic

MOHAVE COUNTY – Planning is underway to provide the safest environment possible for Mohave County voters who choose to visit any of the 36 polling places during the August 4 primary election. Elections Director Allen Tempert said pandemic protection provisions will include use of throw-away q-tips for voter sign in. “And every person gets their own pen to mark their ballot.
