One of the current scams involve the victim being asked to send money to an unknown subject through the mobile payment application Zelle to take part in an investment opportunity. KINGMAN – The City of Kingman offices will be closed Friday, July 3, in honor of Independence Day. There will be no residential or commercial trash service on Friday; Thursday and Friday customers should put their cans out one day early. KART services will not be available Friday, July 3 or Saturday July 4, as well.
