Colt Builders coming to Kingman’s Industrial Park

KINGMAN – A leader in the wood framing industry is setting up shop at the Kingman Airport Industrial Park. Colt Builders has purchased ten acres of undeveloped land from Bulk Industrial to establish a plant to produce prefabricated wood wall panels. A city-issued news release said the company will initially invest $3-million and up to $6 million more during phased in development that could eventually produce 50 new jobs. Bullhead homeless students receive Thanksgiving food

BULLHEAD CITY / LAUGHLIN – Eight families of homeless Bullhead City Elementary School District students received Thanksgiving meals this week, courtesy of the annual “Feed A Family” charitable initiative of the Aquarius and Edgewater Casino Resorts.  Now in its ninth year, “Feed A Family” allows Aquarius and Edgewater guests to donate player points or cash.  Each $25 food box feeds a family of four and includes a seven-pound ham or 12-pound turkey along with potatoes, gravy, vegetables, rolls, cranberry sauce, pie and whipped cream.  The properties cover any shortages.
