BULLHEAD CITY – The Arizona State Land Department is putting about 270 acres in the heart of Bullhead City on the auction block. The agency has been pre-registering bidders for the parcel bounded by Highway 95, Marina Boulevard, and Lakeside and Riverview Drive. The property will not be sold unless a qualified minimum bid of $1.52 million is offered. The auction on the steps of the Mohave County courthouse in Kingman is scheduled at 1p.m. on Dec. 17. BULLHEAD CITY -The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the City of Bullhead City’s Finance Department a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting due to the City’s comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019.
