Under current law, the regulation of emissions standards for trains falls under the jurisdiction of the federal government, specifically the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). Sam Elters KINGMAN – Governor Katie Hobbs has chosen Sam Elters for appointment to serve on the Arizona State Transportation Board. The Governor’s Office advised the Kingman resident and Mohave County Manager of his selection and nomination to the post on Tuesday, April 9. “I’m very thrilled and I’m honored.
