Wildlife Mitigation grant allocated for Hualapai Mountain area

KINGMAN – A $3.7-million Community Wildfire Defense grant is being allocated for wildfire mitigation at Pine Lake, a heavily-wooded community in the Hualapai Mountains southeast of Kingman. KINGMAN – There is no shortage of those who commit land fraud these days according to Laurie Barthlow, Escrow Administrator and Vice President at Chicago Title Agency. Second bridge feasibility discussed at council

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Buzz of the second bridge feasibility study was discussed at Lake Havasu’s city council meeting last week. The next steps of this project will include the following plans;  Stakeholders will be holding a meeting in early to late of June along with a public open house in that same time period.  Coordinating with state parks on this plan is also in the works.  However, the final study of this will be taking place this June.  A motion was passed by council members for the Havasu Foothills Estates development to include Tract 2390.   This recommendation was made this past…

KINGMAN – May 20th kicks off the two-week Arizona Buckle Up Arizona Enforcement campaign.
