Holiday craft fair slated in Kingman

KINGMAN – Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center (KHAC) is sponsoring a Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, October 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Arts and crafts vendors will have available many handmade items. There will be a bake sale and raffles, including a raffle for a full-size quilt. Business theft foiled; reported by pawn shop

GOLDEN VALLEY – A Golden Valley woman was arrested Thursday, August 29, for her alleged involvement in theft of property worth more than $14,000. Spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said the Mohave County Sheriff’s office began investigating August 20 when a business burglary was reported. Arriving investigators were advised that a lock had been broken off a storage building where the business was located in the 4700 block of the Oatman Highway. Lions Club, Mohave Eye Clinic host adult vision clinic

KINGMAN – Kingman Mohave Lions Club and Mohave Eye Clinic are partnering together to bring an adult vision clinic to Kingman residents on Friday, September 6, for those who have need of financial assistance for having an eye exam and glasses, if appropriate. A $10 donation will be requested allow participants to receive an eye exam and eyeglasses, with some restrictions applying.
