Buster Johnson will take the Chairman’s gavel from Jean Bishop when Mohave County Supervisors conduct their first board meeting of the New Year. Supervisors will once again take up a resolution proposing that Mohave declare itself a sanctuary Constitutional county. The board will also conduct its customary COVID-19 management session at the end of the meeting at the County Administration building at 700 W. Beale St. in downtown Kingman. MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College’s Substance Abuse Counseling program recently received accreditation by the National Addiction Studies Accreditation Commission (NASAC).  MCC is one of only 29 colleges in the country to have earned this specialized accreditation. NASAC is an accreditation organization for higher education addiction studies programs.
