KINGMAN – Petitions proposing the recall of Kingman Mayor Jen Miles were submitted late Monday afternoon, a day ahead of the filing deadline.  City Clerk Annie Meredith said recall leader James Coffman submitted 148 petition sheets bearing 2,367 non-validated signatures. That’s nearly 1,000 more signatures than are required to advance the ouster effort. The petitions and signatures will next undergo an administrative review process at the city and county level.
