KINGMAN – The City of Kingman would like to announce that applications to fill the vacant position on the City Council are now available in the City Clerk’s office and on the City of Kingman website at: https://www.cityofkingman.gov/government/election-information. KINGMAN – Grady Miller has relocated to Kingman from Fountain Hills and he’ll spend his first day on the job as interim Kingman City Manager on Monday, Sept. 25. Miller assumes the leadership role at city hall following the Aug. 15 council decision to terminate the employment of former manager Ron Foggin. LAKE HAVASU CITY – You might remember her as one of the news anchors on KSAZ-TV in the 1990s.  It was in 2021, Lake stepped down from that position prior to announcing her governor candidacy in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election.  With the endorsement of President Trump, Lake won the Republican nomination. Board Chairman Gary Knight offered thanks for the dinner reception event conducted the previous evening. “It was quite a warm welcome and we got to meet with the elected officials and all of the administration up here that kind of runs Mohave County and Kingman and the City of Bullhead City,” Knight said.
