KINGMAN – A significant Airport Industrial Park land sale was approved without discussion at Tuesday’s Kingman City council meeting. The matter was rubber stamped along with a number of other items on the consent agenda. A Colorado-based development company submitted the only bid for the 30-acre parcel at the business park, home mostly to manufacturing activity and more than 2,000 jobs. The Council accepted the Kiernan West LLC offer of the required minimum price of $1,975,000.
