LAKE HAVASU CITY – A local judge has broad discretion with regard to punishment of a Lake Havasu City man who is resolving separate drug cases through a plea agreement. 40-year-old Jamie Carroll pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of dangerous drugs and possession of narcotic drugs.
Prosecutor Doug Camacho said the convictions trace to seizures of almost nine grams of methamphetamine and four hydrocodone pills. Carroll is eligible for probation but could also be sent to prison for up to 7.5 years when sentenced September 29.
