Three Councilmember seats are on the ballot for the Fall Primary Election on August 6. Those seats are currently held by Councilmembers Nancy Campbell, David Lane, and Vice Mayor Cameron Moses. Monthly coffee meeting announced

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Go Lake Havasu announces a monthly coffee meeting, open to all residents, to discuss tourism and the role of Go Lake Havasu. Monte Anderson, 53, was sentenced Tuesday, Jan. 2 by Judge Billy Sipe. The punishment was stipulated in a plea agreement that was crafted and entered on Dec. 5, the day that Anderson’s trial was to begin at the Law and Justice Center. Vaughan gets four life terms, plus 60 years for sex offenses

KINGMAN – Multiple sex offense convictions and tough Arizona sentencing law results in mammoth punishment for a Kingman man. Alexander Vaughan, 28, was given four consecutive life terms plus 60 more years in prison during a Jan. 2 sentencing hearing at the Mohave County Law and Justice Center in Kingman. Judge Doug Camacho also ordered Vaughan to comply with convicted sex offender registration protocols. And Vaughan is prohibited from contacting two case victims.
