Zoning development request denied
Concerns voiced regarding ambiguous development plans KINGMAN – The Kingman Planning and Zoning Commission tabled a rezoning request during its March 10 meeting. The matter involved two properties being rezoned from rural residential to the C-3 commercial designation. The near one-acre and near two-acre parcels are both located in the vicinity of North Bank Street and Gordon Drive. Commission members Charmayne Keith and Scott McCoy expressed concern that a specific development has not been identified for the larger parcel.
