BULLHEAD CITY – The City of Bullhead City has canceled the last Farmer’s Market of the season scheduled for Saturday, May 2. “It is in the best interest of the community to cancel the last Farmer’s Market of the year due to COVID-19,” City Manager Toby Cotter said. “We had approximately 5,000 people at the February event. Mohave County ends Tuesday with 64 virus cases MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Health Department MCDPH-Nursing staff was notified Tuesday evening, April 21, of a positive COVID-19 case in the Lake Havasu City service area. The latest confirmed individual is in the 65+ age range, and is hospitalized. The MCDPH staff will soon be initiating the contact investigation. Gunfire disturbs north Kingman neighborhood; AK-47 seized

KINGMAN – Random gunfire disturbed the peace in several north Kingman neighborhoods early Saturday, April 18. KINGMAN – Kingman’s Anna Benson ran her Boston marathon at home Saturday, since last Monday’s race in Massachusetts has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Benson and many others who registered for Boston ran virtual marathon’s that will be recognized with medals mailed by race officials once times are submitted by athletes.
