MOHAVE COUNTY – Information flow during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has been both a concern and a source of frustration for Mohave County Supervisor Hildy Angius. Credit card skimmers found at local gas stations

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City Police Department wants to make the community aware of credit card skimmers that have recently been found at two local gas stations, one in the 2800 block of Chemehuevi Blvd and the other in the 1000 block of Acoma Blvd. S. An employee at each station located the skimmers during a security check of the pumps.   At this time, no victims have come forward to report their credit card information being compromised. Bullhead man attacked with a hammer

BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City man was injured when struck by a hammer during an early Monday assault. Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the 53-year-old victim is being treated for his injuries at a hospital in Las Vegas. Fromelt said the 2:00 a.m. assault occurred at a home in the 200 block of Balboa Drive. She said it was reported that the victim was in an altercation with his roommate, 36-year-old Daniel Dean Bowersox. Fromelt said Bowersox is wanted for questioning.
