Easa Kassees, 84, passed January 19th 2024, at his home in Kingman, AZ, surrounded by his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his many brothers and sisters and his son Murad Kassees. Survived by his wife Sylvia (Shihadeh) Kassees, daughter Sheila Kassees, son Marwan Kassees, daughter Sharon Kassees, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A total of 13,950 students enrolled during fall semester 2023 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean’s list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president’s list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A’s). KINGMAN – The Kingman Republican Women  (KRW) will host candidates James Dean Barber and Logan Marsh for their February meeting. James Barber (R-Mohave County) is running for Mohave County School Superintendent and Logan Marsh (R-Kingman) is running for District 4 County Supervisor.  KRW will meet on Monday, February 5 at 1 p.m. at the College Park Church, 1990 E. Jagerson Ave. The doors open at 12:30 p.m. and the meeting starts promptly at 1 p.m.  There will be a $3 admission fee to help cover the cost of the meeting room.
