KINGMAN  – Due to the recent criminal cyber-attack, and systems still down, the City of Kingman is postponing its Tuesday, March 16 City Council Meeting to Tuesday, March 23. A special meeting to call the August 3, election, will be held immediately before the regular Kingman City Council Meeting.
