Peggy Ann Crozier was born on August 26, 1936, in Peach Springs, Arizona. She was the second oldest child of Maime Engle-Crozier. Peggy was raised by Clinton Engle along with siblings; Rebecca, Beatrice, Jerry, Winona and Nelrose. Peggy and her siblings grew up in Valentine, Arizona. She attended Phoenix Indian School until the 9th grade. She was fan of Elvis Presley. She worked hard, she kept a clean house, clothes washed, and her kids clean. KINGMAN – Carole Young is defending herself against allegations that she should resign or be removed from the Kingman Unified School District (KUSD) governing board for failing to comply with a residency requirement.
