I-40 fatal crash

KINGMAN – A single vehicle traffic fatality is under investigation about 22 miles east of Kingman. The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) said the Interstate 40 incident was reported at 6:36 a.m. on Monday, January 20. “One vehicle reportedly traveled into the median, collided with a guardrail and rolled over ejecting the driver,” DPS said. “The vehicle came to rest on its wheels blocking the number one lane.” No further information was immediately available.

Mother, daughter killed in traffic crash

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A ten-year-old girl and her mother were killed in a two-vehicle traffic accident Sunday afternoon in Lake Havasu City. Police Sergeant Jerry Burns said the accident at Fall Springs Wash on SR 95 was reported at 3:24 p.m. Burns said a male driver who was the only occupant allowed his southbound Range Rover to cross the center line, colliding head-on with a northbound Infinity SUV.
