KINGMAN – Authorities say pounds of illegal drugs were scattered along Interstate 40 after a Mohave County Sheriff’s deputy tried to stop a black sedan two miles east of Kingman for an alleged lane violation Thursday, January 23. LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City teenager involved in a violent, alcohol-fueled altercation with her fiance pleaded guilty Tuesday to an aggravated assault by domestic violence charge. Prosecutor Jefferson Pyper said Alexis Lamorie was 18 years-old when she and her girlfriend went out drinking before an argument escalated at the 25-year-old victim’s residence at 2840 Appletree Drive. Lake Havasu City police said Lamorie threatened the woman with a knife during the ensuing altercation.
