MOHAVE COUNTY – Recent statements made by Nancy Messonnier, the Director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases at the CDC, were likely intended to heighten the public’s awareness and the next steps to be taken. Alternatives seek to address natural resource and public safety impacts caused by overpopulated herd KINGMAN, Ariz. – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Kingman and Lake Havasu field offices are seeking public input on an environmental assessment (EA) analyzing a proposed wild burro gather and use of fertility controls within and near the Black Mountain Herd Management Area (HMA). Seven charges dismissed in underage sex sting plea

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man who was snared in an undercover investigation targeting adults seeking sex with underage girls is going to the Arizona Department of Corrections under terms of a plea agreement entered Friday in Mohave County Superior Court. Dean Tarnow, 46, is one of more than 20 men from Las Vegas to Parker who ended up indicted through an operation involving a Mohave County Sheriff’s detective who pretended to be a teenager.
