KINGMAN – T.R. Orr Incorporated is making progress as it remodels and expands the Mohave County District Library on Burbank Street in Kingman. Library Director Kathy Pennell said the $4.3-million project continues tracking toward completion before the end of the year. Pennell credits staff for working through the challenge of operating while under construction, particularly given complications associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. “We’re here to help.
