BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City drug dealer is going to the Arizona Department of Corrections after entering a plea agreement resolving his case short of trial. A slew of drug charges and a weapons offense are being dismissed in a plea agreement convicting Danny Mata, 29, of one count of possession of narcotic drugs for sale. LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man accused of sexual relations with his young daughter was acquitted at trial Thursday. Public Defender Robin Puchek said the Mohave County Superior Court jury deliberated about 30 minutes before finding 37-year-old Shawn Lombardi not guilty of child molestation and sexual conduct with a minor.
