KINGMAN – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Kingman Field Office has completed an environmental assessment and is seeking public comment on the proposed Arizona Silver Exploration US, Inc (ASE) Philadelphia Exploration Project. The proposed exploration drilling project is located approximately 7.5 miles east of Bullhead City along the west side of the Black Mountains in Mohave County.  An exploration plan submitted by ASE to the Kingman Field Office includes plans to conduct a phased exploration drilling program and up to 0.34 acres of surface disturbance.
