Dear Editor, Does anyone remember the mid-1970s TV Game show named Family Feud? Two family teams were asked a question and the team that came closest to the popular survey vote won the game as celebrity host Steve Harvey blurted out “Survey Says”! The same game is taking place in the little town of Kingman, AZ today. I stand to applaud the entire City Council for their efforts at keeping the Kingman people informed, although knowing “they could do better”. KRW to host candidate debate

KINGMAN – The Kingman Republic Women’s Club (KRW) and the Mohave County GOP District 1 will host a debate for Republican Mohave County District 4 Supervisor candidates. The event will be held Tuesday, April 23 from 6 to 9 p.m. at College Park Community Center, 1990 E. Jagerson Ave. The event is free to the public. Moderators from Dist. 1 and Dist. 3 will have scripted questions for the candidates. All will make the July 30 primary election ballot absent any candidacy challenges. Ken Watkins is uncontested in his bid for re-election in the City of Kingman.
