21-year-old charged with stabbing dad

BULLHEAD CITY – Police report a Bullhead City man was highly intoxicated when he attacked his father Monday. Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the 45-year-old victim was stabbed multiple times in the 300 block of Marina Boulevard. Fromelt said the victim was transported to a local hospital before he was flown to Las Vegas for further treatment at Sunrise Hospital. Dylan Tell, 21, was arrested at the scene of the stabbing. After medical evaluation and clearance at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, Tell was booked into the Adult Detention Center for attempted murder. Dave Hawkins

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man is spared a trip to prison through compassion expressed by his family-member victims. Wesley Urso, 48, appeared for sentencing Thursday, April 4 before Judge Doug Camacho. MOHAVE VALLEY – The suspect in a Mohave Valley homicide has been identified and reward money is offered for information leading to his arrest. The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said authorities are looking for Michael Edward Kelso, 31, Bullhead City, in connection with the March 29 death of Matthew Brant Cemper.
