Christine Tassan et Les Imposteures bring gypsy jazz and swing to Beale Street Theater

KINGMAN, Ariz. — Beale Street Theater is proud to welcome the internationally celebrated Christine Tassan et Les Imposteures for a very special evening of music, stories, and adventure as the acclaimed ensemble celebrates 20 years of making their mark around the world. The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 10 at 7 p.m.

For two decades, Christine Tassan and the Imposteures have been sharing their passion for Gypsy jazz and swing music with audiences across the globe. From prestigious concert stages to intimate performances in small villages far from major urban centers, the group’s remarkable journey has taken them to some extraordinary places—including Labrador, Newfoundland, Vancouver Island, and France.

Now, the musicians are bringing the stories, sounds, and adventures of that incredible journey to the stage with their captivating concept show, On the Road.

For Christine Tassan and Les Imposteures, the past two decades have been about much more than performing music. Their journey is a celebration of the places they’ve visited, the people they’ve met, and the countless audiences who have welcomed their distinctive blend of Gypsy jazz and swing.

Their music carries the spirit of travel—energetic, playful, romantic, spontaneous, and full of life. With On the Road, those qualities come together in a performance that combines the excitement of live music with the intimacy of personal storytelling.

Audiences can expect an evening filled with infectious rhythms, virtuosic musicianship, memorable stories, and a unique glimpse into what it means to spend 20 years traveling the world as performing musicians.

Whether you’re already a devoted fan of Gypsy jazz or simply looking for a night of extraordinary live entertainment, On the Road promises to be an experience unlike any ordinary concert.
