KINGMAN, Ariz. – The last co-defendant has been sentenced following a significant drug bust in Bullhead City. Holly Haworth, 46, was the only one of three women charged in the seizure of 3.5 pounds of methamphetamine to take her case to trial.
Authorities alleged the trio purchased the drugs in Las Vegas and had returned to Bullhead City when arrested in Oct., 2025. A Mohave County Superior Court trial jury acquitted Haworth of transportation of dangerous drugs, and possession of dangerous drugs for sale, while convicting her of possession of drug paraphernalia.
“The jury found that she had a meth pipe,” said Judge Megan McCoy, emphasizing that the panel cleared Haworth of any drug sales involvement. She said punishment is usually quite light for misdemeanor drug paraphernalia convictions.
McCoy credited Haworth for 33 days spent in custody. She ordered no further jail time and declined to place the defendant on probation.
Dara Tristan, 47, Fort Mohave, drew probation for her case involvement. April Jacobs, 38, Dolan Springs, is serving a 2.5-year prison term after pleading guilty to facilitation of transportation of dangerous drugs for sale.
