KINGMAN — In a powerful demonstration of community partnership and shared values, the Kingsmen Pro Rodeo Association has donated $10,000 to New Life Church’s youth ministry, The Jesus Collective, fueling a transformation that is already making a measurable impact on local youth.
The donation was directed toward the full renovation of the church’s youth room, an upgrade that has redefined the space into a modern, welcoming environment designed specifically for young people. Improvements included updated seating, enhanced audio-visual technology, and interactive elements that allow youth to engage more deeply with scripture, worship, and one another.
Leaders at New Life Church say the investment has done more than improve aesthetics, it has created an atmosphere where young people feel ownership, belonging, and purpose.
“This wasn’t just about upgrading a room,” said a ministry leader Jason Millin. “It was about creating a space where youth can encounter God in a way that feels personal and relevant to them. The Kingsmen understood that.”
Since the renovation, The Jesus Collective has seen its attendance double, a clear indicator of both increased interest and sustained engagement. Youth now have access to technology that supports teaching, discussion, and creative expression of their faith, meeting them where they are while guiding them toward deeper spiritual growth.
Beyond the walls of the church, the partnership has also bridged faith and heritage. Through their connection with the Kingsmen Pro Rodeo Association, youth have been introduced to the rich western traditions that are deeply rooted in the community. Michael, one of the youth involved in The Jesus Collective, shared his excitement about the growing connection: “I can’t wait to work the upcoming rodeo this April, and I love the mentorship the Kingsmen have been doing in my life.”
