Carrillo charged with sex offenses inside local businesses

KINGMAN – A Kingman man faces prosecution for illegal sexual behavior allegedly committed inside separate businesses in the 3100 block of Stockton Hill Road. Antonio Lucas Carrillo, 25, was arrested March 24 for sexual abuse and public sexual indecency.

An employee from one of the businesses summoned police after surveillance video review captured a March 18 incident on the property.

“The employee reported that they had been reviewing video surveillance for the store when they came across a male subject committing public sexual indecency in one of the aisles,” Freed said. He said Carrillo was arrested without incident after he returned to the store on March 24.

Further investigation connected Carrillo to a nearby business where another offense had been committed, also on March 18.

“The female victim reported that she was working and a male subject had rubbed his genitalia against her,” Freed said. “Carrillo was observed on video surveillance from this incident wearing the same clothing and having the same green electric bicycle.”

Carrillo was jailed at the Adult Detention Facility.
