The ‘Trinity Doctrine’ is a belief within the Christian world today that has become “conventional wisdom,” but is not supported by Scripture. It is inarguable that the concept of Trinity Doctrine is not taught in either the Old Testament or the New Testament. Neither the concept nor the word trinity is found in the Bible. Yet, somehow, it’s considered the most central and sacred of all doctrines in the Christian world. Most in the Christian world believe it without question or critical thought.
It is inarguable that the ‘Trinity doctrine’ was formulated by the Catholic church at the Councils of Nicaea and Constantinople centuries after Yahshua and the Apostles lived. The Catholic Church says the Trinity is a mystery that God revealed, not in the Bible, but later, to the Catholic Church. It’s a mystery we cannot understand.
It is inarguable that the ‘Protestant church’ adopted the Catholic churches ‘Trinity Doctrine’ as their own, at the time of the ‘Protestant Reformation’.
The New International Encyclopedia states,
“At the time of the Reformation, the Protestant Church took over the doctrine of the Trinity (from the Catholic church) without serious examination.”
It is inarguable that the Trinity Doctrine is confusing. This is evidenced by the fact that 2,000 years after our Savior lived, Believers still don’t know ‘which person’ of the trinity they should pray to.
The greatest evil of the ‘Trinity Doctrine’ however, is that it hides from Believers the greatest truth of the Bible; namely, The Almighty Father Himself was manifested in flesh as a man and is our Savior.
