KINGMAN – A seven-year prison term has been imposed for a young man implicated in separate crimes in Bullhead City last spring and summer. Larcellus Scott, 20, Bullhead City, was sentenced March 6 by Mohave County Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle.
Bullhead City police alleged that Larcellus brandished a handgun and, from the rear seat of a vehicle, threatened to kill a Taco Bell employee at the drive-thru window of the eatery at the Riverview Mall on May 17, 2025. Larcellus pleaded guilty to a weapon-involved disorderly conduct charge and was placed on probation on July 7, 2025.
Scott next found trouble seven weeks later.
Police alleged that Scott and accomplices confronted, assaulted, and robbed a man at 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 31, 2025. Scott and the male accomplices reportedly roughed up the same victim later that same day and damaged his vehicle and cellphone.
Scott conceded he violated probation during his March 6 sentencing hearing. He also pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and criminal damage charges in a plea agreement resolving the second case.
Judge Carlisle stacked six months prison for the probation violation, five years for the robbery conviction and 1.5 years more for the criminal damage.
