Mohave College Culinary Club launches annual holiday meals

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave College Culinary Club has announced its program, Holiday Offerings, where they offer for purchase a delicious selection of prepared dishes and ready-to-cook items perfect for families and individuals alike.

This year’s menu has been crafted by student chefs of the Culinary Club, combining seasonal favorites with the convenience of ready-to-serve or oven-ready options. All proceeds support the club’s yearly events and competitions.

Holiday Meal Options Include:

Butcher’s Selection: Premium meats expertly seasoned and prepared, ready to roast or bake at home.

Family Add-On Sides: Generous side dishes that perfectly complement any main course, designed to serve the whole family.

Single Holiday Meals: Complete individual plates with a choice of meat and an assortment of hearty sides—perfect for smaller celebrations.

Individual Sides (Serves Four): Mix and match your favorites to build the ultimate holiday spread.

Homemade Pies: Classic, comforting desserts baked from scratch by student chefs.

“Our students are excited to bring their culinary skills to the community this holiday season,” said Chef Alana Johnson, Club Advisor. “Whether you’re planning a large family gathering or an intimate dinner, these meals offer the perfect blend of convenience, quality and holiday flavor.”

Orders will be accepted through Thursday, Nov. 20, with pickup scheduled for Nov. 25, 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and Nov. 26, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Mohave College Bullhead Campus, 3400 HWY 95. Orders can be placed online.  Any questions, contact Chef Alana Johnson at ALJohnson@mohave.edu.
